                                                  JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.)

This Writ Appeal is of the year 2014. Notice was sent to the

appellant in light of a memo filed by erstwhile Counsel to the effect that

they would not continue to represent the appellant. That tapal was

returned with an endorsement 'returned'.

2.In light of the above, we see no purpose in keeping the Writ

Appeal any further and close the same. Liberty is granted to the

appellant to revive this Writ Appeal, if at all, within a period of three

months from date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let a copy of this

order be served on the address of the appellant set out in the cause title.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
