                                                         JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR,J.)

It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing for

both sides that the contesting respondent Mr.S.P.Senthil Nathan is no

more, therefore, the proceedings already initiated against him become

abated and to that extent, orders have been passed by the Tahsildar o n

23.03.2021. When that being so, nothing would survive according to the

learned counsel appearing for both sides in this appeal to persuade

further.

2.Recording the same, this writ appeal is dismissed as having

become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.

3.In view of the dismissal of this appeal since there has been no

further impediment to disburse the retirement benefits or family pension

benefits payable to the legal heirs of the deceased employee, that can be

paid and the needful shall be undertaken by the appellant TANGEDCO

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.
