                                                           ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been preferred for non-

compliance of the order dated 18.11.2021 in W.P.No.28427 of 2018. The

matter was originally listed on 21.09.2022 and this Court issued Statutory

Notice to the respondent returnable by 13.10.2022.

2. The respondent, is present before this Court and would submit that

he complied with the order of this Court and the electricity connections have

already been provided as per the directions of this Court and no further

order is required.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

respondent, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for

adjudication. In future, the respondent is directed to comply the order of

this Court by providing due respect.
