                  Special Court, Pudukkottai.

                                                      JUDGMENT

It is seen that the claimants have already filed an appeal in C.M.A.

(MD)No. 1036 of 2017 for enhancement of compensation. That appeal was

already settled before the Lok Adhalat on 08.12.2018. There were 2 more

connected C.M.A.s in C.M.A.(MD)Nos.122 and 123 of 2009 are also settled

before the Lok Adhalat.

2. Only against this appeal (ie.,CMA(MD)No.121 of 2009), a cross

appeal in CMA(MD) No.1036 of 2017 was filed and the same was settled in

Lok Adhalat.

3. In view of the settlement before the Lok Adhalat,

nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Appeal is disposed of.

No costs.
