                                                    ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed as against the

order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi in I.A.No.5

of 2019 in O.S.No.187 of 2013, dated 18.03.2019.

2.Today(13.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for

hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that the main suit in

O.S.No.187 of 2013 has been disposed of on 26.04.2019 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that as against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.187 of 2013,

appeal in A.S.No.23 of 2021 has been filed before the I Additional

District Court, Tuticorin and the same is still pending.

4.Since the Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against

the order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2019 in O.S.No.187 of 2013, dated

18.03.2019, and the suit itself has already been disposed of by the trial

Court, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently,

connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
