                     Officer, Thanjavur City Municipal Corporation, Thanjavur in R.O.C.No.
                     3477/2021/MCF3 dated 27.10.2021.

                                                           ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the

judgment and decree order dated 11.01.2022 passed in C.M.A.No.19 of

2021 on the file of Principal District Court, Thanjavur, confirming the

order passed by the Estate Officer, Thanjavur City Municipal

Corporation, Thanjavur in R.O.C.No.3477/2021/MCF3, dated

27.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner, on instruction,

submitted that the revision petitioner has already handed over the

property to the respondent on 22.03.2022 and as such nothing survives

for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
