                     judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District
                     Munsif, Padmanabapuram in O.S.No.314 of 2008 dated
                     30.11.2009.

                                               JUDGMENT

The unsuccessful plaintiff in O.S.No.314 of 2008 on

the file of the Additional District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram,

is the appellant in this second appeal.

2. However, when the matter was taken up for

disposal, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the

matter has been amicably settled with the subsequent

purchaser Thiru.Jebamani.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further

consideration. This second appeal is closed. No costs.
