            aside the conviction imposed in the judgement dated 15.04.2019 made in C.A.No.08
            of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, confirming
            the conviction imposed in judgement dated 24.01.2017 made in S.T.C.No.14 of
            2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court),
            Thiruchengode.

                                                      ORDER

This matter is filed by the accused as against the concurrent finding of

conviction for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel

represented that the entire cheque amount has been paid and the said amount has

been fully received by the complainant and he is willing to drop all the charges

against the accused.

3. In view thereof, the conviction and sentence imposed on the

appellant/accused vide judgment dated 24.01.2017 made in S.T.C.No.14 of 2016 on

the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Thiruchengode and

confirmed by the judgment dated 15.04.2019 made in C.A.No.08 of 2017 on the file

of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, are set aside and the offence is

treated as compounded.

4. The Criminal Revision Case is, accordingly, allowed.
