                    dated 21.12.2018 made in I.A.No.381 of 2018 in I.D.O.P.No.477 of 2014 on
                    the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court),
                    Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

                                                       JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated

21.12.2018 made in I.A.No.381 of 2018 in I.D.O.P.No.477 of 2014 on the file

of the Additional District and Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court),

Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2.A report received from the Trial Court reveals that the main I.D.O.P.,

petition was dismissed for default with cost. In view of the dismissal of the

petition in I.D.O.P.No.477 of 2014 on 14.03.2019, this Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed as Infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petition is also dismissed. No costs.
