This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree passed in

and Decree in O.S.No.3515 of 2009 dated 09.03.2011, on the file of the learned

V Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

2.The learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this Second Appeal.
