COMMON JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)
After arguing the appeals at length, learned counsel for the
appellants prays for withdrawal of the appeals with liberty to
approach the Employees' State Insurance Court for challenging the
order regarding Employees' State Insurance contribution, along with
interest and damages.
2. In view of the above, the appeals are dismissed with liberty
as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently,
C.M.P.No.2528 and 2534 of 2022 are closed.
