                                                   ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition arises against the order passed in

E.P.No.2966/2006 in A.R.C.No.181/2005 on 04.07.2007 by the Learned X

Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai.

2. When the case was listed on 15.02.2022, there was no representation

made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the

Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal". The

learned counsel for the first respondent is present.

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none

appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested

in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition in

C.R.P.(NPD).No.1302 of 2010 stands Dismissed for non-prosecution. However,

there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous
