                                                     JUDGMENT

S.VAIDYANATHAN.,J and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ.,J This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order dated 25.02.2011 passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.41273 of 2006, by which the learned Single Judge has

allowed the writ petition by directing the respondent to include the names of the

petitioners in the selection list for the year 1992-1993 for the purpose of seniority.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government

Advocate appearing for the Appellant submitted that a common order dated 25.02.2011

came to be passed in W.P.Nos.41271 to 41273 of 2006 by the learned Single Judge on

25.02.2011 and challenging the same, the Appellants have preferred a Writ Appeal in

W.A.No.3803 of 2019 against one of the writ petitioners in W.P.No.41271 of 2006,

which came to be dismissed by the First Bench of this Court vide order dated

07.01.2020, pursuant to which the order passed by this Court on 25.02.2011 has been

implemented.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication warranting

further orders in this case.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently,

connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
