                                                    JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.07.2022, this Court

directed the Registry to print the name of the sole appellant in the cause list

and list the matter on 11.08.2022 under the caption “For dismissal”. Today

despite the name printed in the cause list, no representation on behalf of the

appellant and the respondents 1,3 to 6. This shows that the appellant is not

interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other option

except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

2.Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
