                                                         JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounce by T.RAJA, J.)

The Writ Appeal was listed to-day under the caption, 'for

withdrawal' based on the letter addressed by Mr.P.Muthukumar,

learned State Government Pleader to the Registrar (Judicial), High

Court, Chennai.

2. To-day when the matter was called, Mr.K.V.Sajeev

Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader has also sought for

permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Appeal.

3. Recording the same, permission is granted to withdraw

the present Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous

Petitions are also closed.
