                                                             ORDER

(1) It is admitted by the learned counsels on either side that a Writ

Appeal has been preferred by the respondents in

WA.No.2579/2021 as against the order passed by this Court in

W.P.No.13123/2021 dated 19.07.2021 and the same has been

admitted.

(2) Therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed further as the

situation may change after the judgment passed by the Division

Bench in the writ appeal now pending. Hence, with a liberty

preserved to the petitioner to revive if it is lawful depending upon

the outcome of the Writ Appeal, this Contempt Petition is closed.
