2.In view of the same, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No

3.The III Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee is

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later

than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. No

costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
