                                                        ORDER

The present criminal revision petition has been filed praying

to set aside the judgment of CMP.No.1 of 2019 in unnumbered CA.No.

of 2019 dated 14.08.2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions

Judge, Salem and to allow the criminal revision.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsels appearing

on either side.

3. As directed by this Court, memo has been filed to show

that the petitioners paid a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards cost to the

Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Along with the

memo, receipt has also been enclosed. The said memo is recorded.

4. Therefore, the order passed in CMP.No.1 of 2019 in

unnumbered CA.No. of 2019 dated 14.08.2019 on the file of the learned

Principal Sessions Judge, Salem is set aside. The learned Principal

Sessions Judge, Salem is directed to number the criminal appeal filed in

SR.No.180 of 2019.

5. Accordingly, this criminal revision is allowed.
