                     Prayer: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 Civil Procedure against
                     the decree and judgment dated 09.12.2004 in A.S.No.31 of 2002 on the
                     file of the Sub Court, Arni, setting aside against the decree and judgment
                     dated 19.02.2002 in O.S.No.104 of 2000 on the file of the District
                     Munsif Court, Arni.

                                                     JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the third appellant died

long back and till date no steps have been taken by the appellants to

implead the legal heirs of the deceased third appellant.

2.In view of the above, the Second Appeal stands abated. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
