JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N. MALA,J.)
On the date of hearing of the condone delay petition on 28.03.2022,
the delay was condoned. As this Bench felt that there were no merits in the
writ appeal, final orders were passed in the writ appeal as well on
28.03.2022. However, the Registry, after numbering the writ appeal, had
listed it before a different Bench on 30.03.2022 and thereafter, it is listed
again today. Since this Bench has already passed an order in the writ appeal
on 28.03.2022, we are not inclined to pass any further orders except the one
delivered on 28.03.2022, which is as hereunder.
2. The respondent herein preferred the writ petition for a direction
to the appellant herein to reconsider her application for compassionate
appointment on merits, which was rejected vide proceedings of the
appellant dated 25.01.2018. The said writ petition came to be disposed of by
this Court, by the impugned order, directing the appellant herein to re-
consider the application of the writ petitioner/respondent herein seeking

compassionate appointment on merits and in accordance with law.
Challenging the said order, the present writ appeal has been preferred.
3. Pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, we find that
the representation of the writ petitioner/respondent herein has been rejected
on re-consideration on 04.10.2019 and a writ petition has also been filed
challenging the said order in W.P. No. 870 of 2022.
4. Therefore, we find that there are no merits in the writ appeal
and all the points that are sought to be contested in the writ appeal can be
agitated in the writ petition i.e, in W.P.No. 870 of 2022.
5. With the above observation, the writ appeal is disposed of. No
costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
