                                                          JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

By this writ appeal, a challenge is made to the judgment

dated 14.12.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant presses the appeal to the

limited extent of seeking a direction on the appellate authority to

hear and decide the appeal, which has not been taken up due to the

judgment of the learned Single Judge, though there is no direction

to the appellate authority in that regard.

3. In view of the limited prayer, the appeal is disposed of

without causing interference with the judgment of the learned

Single Judge, but with a direction on the appellate authority to

consider the appeal, if it is pending and maintainable, and decide

the same at the earliest. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.5649 of

2022 is closed.
