When the matter came up for hearing on 03.09.2021, there was no

representation for the appellant and thereafter, the matter was adjourned to

17.09.2021 and on that day also there was no representation on behalf of the

appellant, hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption

'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no

representation for the appellant. Hence, this Writ Appeal is dismissed for

default. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is

closed.
