                                                        ORDER

(Order of the Court made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for

wilful disobedience of the judgment dated 05.02.2020 passed by this Court in

W.A.No.166 of 2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Advocate represented that, a Special Leave Petition has been

preferred against the judgment dated 05.02.2020 rendered in W.A.No.166 of

2020 and the same has been dismissed. Further, he produced a copy of the

proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.18270/A4/2008, dated 25.10.2021 passed by the

Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram, and submitted that, amount will be

disbursed within a period of three weeks.

3. Taking note of the submissions of the learned Government

Advocate and in view of the said proceedings dated 25.10.2021, this Court

grants three weeks' time to pay the amount to the party concerned.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
