It is submitted by the appellant that in view of the

communication dated March 25, 2021 issued by Southern Railway, a

copy whereof appears at page No.5 of the additional typed set of

papers filed on behalf of the appellant on October 26, 2021, the

appellant does not wish to proceed with the appeal.

2. Accordingly, OSA No.2 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed.

There will be no order as to costs. CMP No.279 of 2020 is closed.
