                                                         ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the decree

and judgment dated 25.07.2018 made in E.P.No.681 of 2017 in A.C.P.No.28

of 2016 passed by the learned II Additional Sub-Court, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and there is no

representation for the respondent. Perused the records. Based upon the

award passed in A.C.P.No.28 of 2016, the respondent herein preferred

E.P.No.681 of 2017 for civil arrest. Aggrieved by that the judgment debtor

preferred the revision petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for

the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently

connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
