                     PRAYER : Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the
                     decree and judgment dated 07.09.2009 in A.S.No.37 of 2008 on the file
                     of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Gobichettypalayam, upholding the
                     decree and judgment dated 31.07.2007 in O.S.No.12 of 2004 on the file of
                     District Munsif Court, Gobichettypalayam.

                                                     JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no

instructions for the appellants on 21.09.2021 in the second appeal.

cause list today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
