                    2nd respondent on 07.01.2021.

Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the

respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that

appropriate orders will be passed by the first respondent within a period of 12

weeks from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the

first respondent to pass appropriate orders duly considering the order dated

27.08.2020 in W.A.No.2850 of 2019 and proposal of the 2nd respondent

dated 07.01.2021 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order. No costs.
