                     PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 47-A(10) of the
                     Indian Stamp Act, 1899 against the order in Pa.Mu.No.42910/N1/2016
                     dated 08.02.2019 signed on 12.02.2019 passed by the 1st respondent.

                                                       JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the Appellant on instructions would submit

that subsequent to the order dated 21.10.2021 passed by this Court, the

Appellant has deposited a sum of Rs.7,80,755/- towards Registration

charges with the respondent department, which has also been duly

acknowledged. He would further submit that thereafter, the respondents

have also released the document to the Appellant.

2. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant is

recorded. Since the document has been released, nothing survives for

further adjudication in this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are

closed.
