                                                      JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY,J.)

Challenging the interim order passed in W.M.P(MD)No.4450 of

2016 in W.P(MD)No.13544 of 2015, dated 04.10.2021, the writ

petitioner has filed the above Writ Appeal.

2.Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the

appellant seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ

Appeal. Further, the learned counsel submitted that he would make

a mention before the learned Single Judge for taking up the Writ

Petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.12062 of 2014 and 13544 of 2015 for final

hearing at an early date and he has also made an endorsement to

that effect.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. It is open to the appellant to make a mention before the

learned Single Judge for taking up the Writ Petitions in
