                    the judgment dated 10.01.2020 passed in W.A.No.1045 of 2016.

                                                         ORDER

(Order of the Court made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents

herein for non-compliance of the judgment dated 10.01.2020 passed in

W.A.No.1045 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings vide Letter

No.035049/228/G.51/2016, dated 06.10.2021 issued by the Chief

Engineer/Personnel, (FAC), Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution

Corporation Limited, and submitted that, the judgment under contempt has

been complied with.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is

open to the Petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 06.10.2021, in

accordance with law.
