respondents. Both the appellants and the respondents appeared through

virtual mode and accepted the terms of compromise and hence the Joint

Memo of Compromise is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the second appeal is disposed of as per

the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise recorded. The Joint Memo of
