                                                          JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.)

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing

for the appellant, has placed on record a Joint Memo dated Nil, filed by both

the parties, signed by the appellant, second respondent and the counsel for

the appellant. The relevant portion of the Joint Memo is given as under:

'1.Both the parties hereby agreed to treat the non-working period (12.12.96 to 30.06.2010) as continuity of service with back wages.

2.The 2nd respondent agrees to receive the 50% back wages and accept to forego balance 50% back wages.

3.The 2nd respondent accept to adjust employer contribution with interest for non working period from the pension arrears.

4.The 2nd respondent herein will have no other claim whatsoever against the appellant Corporation and accepts the above terms of settlement as full and final.'

2.In terms of the above Joint Memo, filed by both the parties, this writ

appeal stands disposed of.

3.Needless to mention that the terms and conditions of the Joint

Memo will form part of the decree. Consequently, connected C.M.P. is

closed. No costs.
