            Prayer : This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 r/w. 401 of Cr.P.C.,
            to call for the records pertaining to the judgment rendered by the learned I Additional
            District Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in C.A.No.63 of 2012 vide judgment dated
            10.09.2019 as well as the judgment pronounced by the Fast Track Court (Magisterial
            Level), Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District in C.C.No.173 of 2012 vide judgment dated
            09.11.2012 and set aside the same and thereby acquit the petitioner from the charge
            leveled in the case honourably.

                                                     ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in C.A.No.63 of

2012 dated 10.09.2019, on the file of the learned I Additional District Sessions

Judge, Thoothukudi.

2.Both sides counsel are present. The respondent appeared in person and

he admits that the revision petitioner paid a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three

Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) and he is willing for compounding the

offence. A memo was filed and the same was recorded. He signed in the memo dated

26.11.2021.

3.In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. The

order of the trial Court and the first appellate Court is hereby set aside, since the

offence is compounded. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
