                     Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
                     Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by
                     directing the second respondent to take appropriate action
                     under the criminal law pursuant to my complaint dated
                     08.11.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble
                     Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs.
                     Government of Uttar Pradesh & others reported in (2014) 2
                     SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation
                     as prescribed by this Court.

                                                       ORDER

The petitioner has given a complaint before the

second respondent against one Ajith @ Chinnaiah and few

others. The grievance of the petitioner is that her complaint is

kept pending.

2.The second respondent is directed to take action on

the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law laid down in

the judgment reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari

vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others). The

petitioner's complaint shall not be kept pending beyond two

(2) weeks. This Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. No

costs.
