                   Prayer : This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 & 401 of
                   Cr.P.C., to call f the records of the judgment passed by the Principal
                   District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, in C.A.No.13
                   of 2015, dated 13.06.2018, wherein, confirming the judgment passed by
                   the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, in C.C.No.178 of 2013, dated
                   20.01.2015 and to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed and to
                   acquit the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submitted that during the

pendency of the Revision, the revision petitioner and the respondent have

arrived for an amicable settlement.

3. A Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed before this

Court which have been signed by the revision petitioner and the

respondent and also by their respective counsel. The revision petitioner

and the respondent were also present in person before this Court. This

Court enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come

to an amicable settlement between themselves.

4. In the above circumstances, no useful purpose will be served

in keeping the petition pending. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is

disposed of as per the terms of Joint Compromise memo. The compromise

memo shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
