When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant submitted that she is withdrawing the appeal and

she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the civil miscellaneous

appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
