This petition has been filed seeking quashment of impugned Charge

Sheet in S.C.No.136 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Sivagangai.

2.Even though the matter has been listed under the caption 'for

compromise', the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after

full trial, this petitioner was acquitted by the learned Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Sivagangai in S.C.No.136 of 2018 by the Judgment dated

27.08.2019. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
