The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order passed by

the Company Law Board, Additional Principal Bench, Chennai, in C.P.43 of

2003, dated 26.02.2008.

2. In spite of several adjournments, no progress in this case and the

matter is pending since 2008.

3. On 26th August, 2021, the learned counsel for the appellants has

filed a Memo, stating that there is no instruction from their clients, inspite

of several remainders to them.

4. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No

costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also
