                                  When the Writ Appeals are taken up for hearing, Mr. C.Kathiravan

                     learned Special Government Pleader             appearing for the appellants,

                     submitted that the appellants have already complied with the orders of

                     the learned Single Judge made in W.P.Nos.2308 of 2012 & 18485 of

                     2012, hence, the Writ Appeals may be closed.

                     submitted that the appellants have complied with the orders of this

                     court.
