This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings

in C.C.No.7581 of 2006, pending on the file of the Chief Metropolitan

Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no

representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, for Public Prosecutor for the first

respondent.

4. Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar for Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the

judgment made in C.C.No.7581 of 2006 and submitted that C.C.No.7581 of

2006 is disposed of and the petitioner herein is acquitted. Hence, nothing
