Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein
to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2021, submitted
with a request to rectify the mistake in the FMB in Survey No.238/9B
and 238/10A, and 238/10B of Kolathur Malacherry Village, Cheyyur
Taluk, Changalpattu District in the light of the judgments in O.S.No.114
of 2009 and A.S.No.22 of 2017 and pass orders, within a reasonable time

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd
respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated
11.01.2021, submitted with a request to rectify the mistake in the FMB in
Survey Nos.238/9B and 238/10A, and 238/10B of Kolathur Malacherry
Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Changalpattu District in the light of the
judgments made in O.S.No.114 of 2009 and A.S.No.22 of 2017.
2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered
appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is
scheduled to take place on 20.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the
Tahsildar, the fourth respondent herein.
3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is
recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except
that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties
who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and
effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated
11.01.2021 through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks
after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly
– 2021.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
