                      Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 14.12.2020 and set-aside the same by allowing
                      this Civil Revision Petition and transfer the proceedings in EP No.45 of
                      2018 in O.S.No.131 of 1995 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge,
                      Valliyoor to any other Sub-Court within the Tirunelveli District.

                                                         ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to to call for the records of the

fair and decreetal order passed in Transfer O.P.No.63 of 2020 on the file

of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 14.12.2020 and

set-aside the same by allowing this Civil Revision Petition and transfer

the proceedings in EP No.45 of 2018 in O.S.No.131 of 1995 on the file

of the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor to any other Sub-Court

within the Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 01.03.2021, there was

no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed

to be listed today under the caption ''for dismissal". Even today, when the

matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this

Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
