                      aside the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2017 in D.O.P.No.70 of 2017
                      on the file of the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District at
                      Nagercoil.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also undertakes to send an e-mail in

this regard to the Registry of this Court by way of making endorsement.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the

petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, C.M.A(MD).SR.No.1075 of 2021 is rejected, at

the S.R stage itself.
