                                                        JUDGMENT

This appeal has been preferred against the order dated

07.03.2014 made in W.P.No.6882 of 2014.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.06.2021,

there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and therefore,

the matter was directed to be listed on 29.06.2021 under the caption

'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant and hence the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
