This appeal is directed against the order dated 12.01.2012

made in W.P.No.7795 of 2007.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he

has been instructed to withdraw the appeal based on the written

instructions, though not produced before this Court.

3.In view of the same, this writ appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
