2. The respondent is the wife and the petitioner is the

husband. The petitioner filed petition for dissolution of their marriage

which was solemnised on 17.09.2015. While pending divorce petition,

the respondent filed petition for interim maintenance till the disposal of

the divorce petition. It was considered by the court below and ordered

only a sum of Rs.2,500/- as interim monthly maintenance payable by

the petitioner herein, that too till the disposal of the divorce petition.

3. A sum of Rs.2,500/- is very meagre and the court below

rightly ordered a sum of Rs.2,500/- as monthly interim maintenance.

Therefore, there is no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the

court below. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as

to costs.
