This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and

quash the C.C.No.224 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate,

Mettupalayam and Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent

would submit that the case has ended in acquittal by judgment dated

17.04.2021 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government

Advocate, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original

Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions

are closed.
