                                                        JUDGMENT

The matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal” today. There is no representation on the side of the Appellant. On 15.07.2021, this Court recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the Appellant that he reports no instruction in this matter and directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellant in the cause list and also directed to list the matter for hearing on 20.07.2021. Even on 20.07.2021, though the name of the Appellant was printed in the cause list, neither the Appellant has entered appearance before this court nor has he engaged a new counsel and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption “for dismissal” today.

Even today, there is no representation on the side of the Appellant. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this second appeal. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
