                                                           ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the

order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5139 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.S.K.Sathish,

learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, the order dated

19.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5139 of 2013 has been

confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1678 of 2021,

vide judgment dated 19.07.2021, and time to pay the amount, has been

extended by eight weeks.

3. As the order under contempt has been merged with the order

passed by the Division Bench of this Court, no further orders are necessary

and the Contempt Petition is closed.
