                                                    JUDGMENT

C.M.P.No.6945 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 2186 days

in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 18.02.2014 made

in W.P.No.16950 of 2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants

has produced the copy of the proceedings of the Chief Educational

Officer, Kancheepuram in Na.Ka.No.5471/A1/2019 dated 14.07.2021, as

per which, the respondent was appointed as Junior Assistant in Block

Education Office, Kundrathur. It is also stated that he has assumed

charge from today.

3. The above submission is recorded. In view of the compliance of

the order passed by the Writ Court, nothing survives for adjudication in

the Writ Appeal.

4. Hence, the Miscellaneous petition filed for condonation of delay

is dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Appeal is rejected at the S.R. stage
